Welcome to the Pierpont 40 for 40 Initiative!

 

Pierpont Community & Technical College is going strong and getting stronger.  
We want our employees to “Prepare to Win” to be the strongest they can be physically, and mentally too –
thus the 40 for 40 Initiative –
40 minutes of physical activity a day, five days a week, for 40 days!  
 
The goal of 40 for 40 is to get you moving!  
You’ll feel better, you’ll have more energy, and along the way you will hopefully adopt a healthier lifestyle.
