Jillian has been dedicated to helping Pierpont students since June 2015. Sole started as a Program Assistant for Continuing Education and then transitioned into the role of Financial Aid Counselor in July 2019.

In 2018, Sole received the Pierpont All-Star Award for her dedication to the institution, while also completing the Pierpont Leadership Institute in November 2018.

Sole completed her Regents Bachelor of Arts Degree in May 2020.

As Pierpont’s employee coordinator for the United Way of Marion County, Sole received the United Way of Marion County Outstanding Employee Coordinator award in 2019. Sole was also a 2019 Excellence Award Recipient from NISOD. Sole currently services as Board of Governors Representative for Classified Staff and is Chair of the ATC Advisory Board.

In 2022, Sole received the Classified Staff Employee of the Year award, which recognizes the classified staff employee member who demonstrates exceptional initiative, integrity and ability to work alongside students and colleagues.

In August 2022, Sole was promoted to the position of Assistant Director of Financial Aid.
