EMT — Basic 

Doctors with infusion and oxygen taking care of woman after accidentThe EMT-Basic program offers 150 hours of hybrid instruction, combining classroom learning with hands-on skills labs. This program equips students with the essential knowledge, clinical skills, and professional attributes needed to provide emergency care to critically ill and injured patients in the pre-hospital setting.

Students will gain real-world experience, build competency, and apply evidence-based practices under medical oversight. EMTs play a vital role as the first point of contact in the healthcare system, providing critical care and safe transport from the scene to medical facilities.

Upon successful completion, graduates are eligible to take the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians – Basic (NREMT-B) certification exam.

Ideal candidates for this program are physically fit, strong, and coordinated, with the ability to think critically and act quickly in high-pressure situations.

Students receive a textbook, classroom supplies, an on-site practicum, and NREMT Exam Voucher included in the course fee.

Upon completion of the training, students will be eligible to sit for the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) exam. 

Training Cost: $950

Course payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.

HEAPS, WIOA and other Financial Aid are available for qualified applicants.

Full tuition scholarships are available and will be considered after applying for the course.
