FAA Test Prep (General and Airframe)
The FFA Test Prep (General and Airframe) 54-hour course prepares aircraft maintenance technicians interested in testing for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) General Aviation and Airframe Mechanic Certifications. This seven-week course consists of classroom and hands-on instruction in General Aviation and Airframe theory and maintenance, including aircraft structures, systems and component repair. Students will review the required knowledge and skills for the FAA written, oral and practical examinations.
Each participant must have an 8610-2 Sign Off or Graduation/Certificate of completion from a Part 147 school.
Students are expected to attend each class. Reasonable accommodation will be considered in the event of an emergency.
Upon completion of the training, students will be eligible to sit for the FAA Certification Exams.
Exam cost is not included in the cost of the training tuition.
Training Cost: $550
Course payment is due 2 weeks prior to the start of the course.
WIOA Financial Aid is available for qualified applicants.
