Cole has been involved with Early Childhood Education in the following areas; Head Start Teacher, Infant/Toddler & Preschool/Pre-K Lead Teacher, Preschool Director, Mentor for High School students taking Early Childhood classes, Mental Health Counselor, Therapeutic/Behavioral Specialist for Children with mental health/behavioral disabilities, specialty in Autism Spectrum Disorder,
 She also taught as an Adjunct professor with Westmoreland County Community College for 4 years in Early Childhood Education. Cole has been with Pierpont Community & Technical College since August of 2010.
