Nathan (“Nate”)  Weese is currently the Facilities and Services Manager for Pratt and Whitney Engine Services in Bridgeport WV.  His role is focused on managing capital investments and construction activities for PWES and the smaller regional service centers throughout the US as well as ensuring the reliability and continued operation of the Bridgeport facility’s critical infrastructure.  He is also the chair of the site’s Management of Change Committee.  Nate graduated from WVU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2013 and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership from Penn State in 2023.

Nate is originally from Middlebourne WV and attended Tyler Consolidated High School.  He moved to Morgantown to pursue his engineering degree in 2009, and has been a resident of Monongalia County ever since.  Nate is married to Mckinzi Weese and they welcomed their first child Sophia into the world in 2022.
