All requests are subject to team capacity and must support enrollment marketing or institutional priorities.

Submission Guidelines

  • Minimum Notice: Submit requests at least 72 business hours in advance.
  • Strategic Priority: All projects must support enrollment, retention, or institutional goals.
  • Discovery Meetings: Recommended for complex campaigns or multi-channel projects.
  • Asset Uploads: Include logos, photos, or drafts to expedite production.
  • Follow-Up: A member of the Marketing team will contact you to confirm details and timelines.

Departmental Design Access

Departments may use Pierpont’s shared Canva account to create materials that align with institutional branding. This is ideal for projects with shorter timelines or internal needs.

  • Access will be provided through your Administrative Assistant.
  • Templates include flyers, presentations, and social media graphics.
All designs must follow Pierpont’s brand guidelines. Do not modify logos, fonts, or colors without approval from the Office of Marketing and Communications.
